Why Millennium Soccer Association ?
Millennium Soccer Association is dedicated to the Players and Parents that participate within our Family. We at Millennium, provide a competitive level of play at a competitive level of price. We don't believe that promotional gimmicks or locking players in by forcing a tryout fee is appropriate. We are looking for players that want to elevate their current game to compete with some of the best Clubs in the Indiana and Midwest area.
Millennium Soccer Association provides excellent training in order to allow every player to challenge themselves and encourage them to succeed in areas where other Clubs may not focus. All general meetings are open to the public, we have no hidden agendas. We are here for you, the families of Chicago and Northwest Indiana, to support and enrich the kids that love and thrive within our sport. Our goal is to always make the kids first and provide an environment so that our players can excel to the level of play they dream of.
Millennium continues to pursue the best avenues for it's players. Our academy program will launch Summer of 2007 and we are in negotiations to bring one of the largest and most successful Professional Clubs in the world to NWI to become affiliated with our program.
Why Separate Tryouts?
Each team within Millennium is it's own. Unlike many Clubs that may have an A, B, or C team, Millennium believes each of it's teams must pursue and achieve their own destiny. Most Clubs pool players and divide (seed) them on separate teams at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced level. At Millennium, we want all our teams to be their best. Separate tryouts afford our Coaches and Trainers the flexibility to evaluate players according to each teams individual style and ability. This also permits Parents flexibility in selecting what team they will play for. For overall convenience, we do hold Club-wide tryout days for anyone, any age, so parents with multiple children can make one trip.
